ARRIVES TO PORTUGAL

Hogan has 30 years of experience in Assessments and consulting solutions. Hogan assessments can be used at any level across the organization. Custom solutions offer effective ways to integrate personality assessment into talent selection, development and identification programs.
Drs. Joyce and Robert Hogan were pioneers in industrial-organizational psychology and personality assessment. Today Hogan maintains the largest and most reputable research department in this industry. With around 30 distributors operating in more than 57 countries on six continents, Hogan ensures that assessments are supported locally. Hogan’s assessments are available in more than 46 languages.

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) describes the dark side of personality – qualities that emerge in times of greater tension and can disrupt relationships, damage reputation and impair people’s chances of success. By assessing the personality of the dark side, you can recognize and mitigate performance risks before they become a problem.
REASONS, VALUES, INVENTORY OF PREFERENCES
The Inventory of Reasons, Values, Preferences (MVPI) describes personality from the inside out – the main goals, values, factors and interests that determine what we want and strive to achieve. By evaluating values, you can understand what motivates candidates to be successful and in what kind of position, position and environment they will be the most productive.
