CERTIFICATION
The Hogan Certification Program is required to use the assessment tools. This course prepares professionals to interpret and apply three assessments based on the Hogan personality:

// INVENTORY OF REASONS, VALUES AND PREFERENCES (MVPI)

Certifications Presential: 2 full days;
Virtual Certifications, via Teams: 4 half days;
The workshops planned for the year 2026 will be conducted entirely virtually, via Teams/Zoom, and will be held in Portuguese or English.
It is also possible to arrange an internal workshop at your company’s facilities, with a minimum of 3 or more employees who wish to be certified in Hogan.
